We collect only the information we need to send your order and answer your messages. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act.
What we collect
Your name, delivery address, email address and the phone number given for the courier. Payment details go straight to the payment provider — we never store card numbers.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, handle returns and faulty products, keep our accounts, and reply to your messages. We only send marketing emails if you opt in.
Who we share it with
The courier delivering your parcel, the payment provider, our store platform and our accountant. Nobody else — we never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax rules require. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with one click in the footer of any message.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that help us see what works on the site and what doesn't.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@axonix.co.nz — we reply within 20 working days at the latest.
