Terms of sale
The terms we sell Axonix serum on. No hidden clauses and no fine print.
Placing an order
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Payment
Payment is taken when you place the order — credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is processed by an external provider.
Delivery
Delivery is free within New Zealand. Times and details are set out on the Delivery page.
Returns
We give you 60 days to return your order on the terms described on the Returns page. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
Faulty products
We're responsible for goods matching their description. We assess any claim within 14 days of receiving it and email you the outcome.
Using the product
This serum is a cosmetic, not a medicine. With sensitive or eczema-prone skin we recommend a patch test on a small area first. The results described come from consumer studies and vary from person to person.
