Delivery
We ship to addresses across New Zealand. Delivery is free on every order, whichever pack you choose.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are packed and sent the same day. After that, the next business day.
Delivery times
North Island: usually 1–2 business days.
South Island and rural addresses: usually 2–4 business days.
The five-bottle pack goes by priority courier — no extra charge and usually a day quicker.
Tracking
We email your tracking number the moment the parcel is handed to the courier. If the status hasn't moved in more than two business days, email us and we'll chase it for you.
Damaged parcels
It's rare, but if a bottle arrives damaged, send us a photo at hello@axonix.co.nz. We'll send a replacement the same day, with nothing to send back.
Delivery outside New Zealand
We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you'd like to order from overseas, email us and we'll let you know what's possible.
